A refresher course for players of all skill levels who play seasonal golf 10-35 times a year. This type of program gets players up on their feet quickly with a focus on the basic fundamentals of the game.

With the Golfer’s Brush-Up group program, you’ll learn skill-building techniques in both full swing and short game components to optimize performance on the golf courses of Pebble Beach Resorts. In addition to this clinic, you’ll also receive on-course instruction at The Hay Golf Course. The extended, on-course instruction is geared towards players with some experience. It allows time to work on the various aspects of the short game, which is the key to shaving off strokes from their game.

BICYCLING TOUR
There are two Bicycle Tours available for guests.
All cyclists will have an E-Bike.
The Low Impact Tour for those who enjoy a leisurely ride and the High Impact Tour for riders looking for a workout.

The Low Impact Tour
is designed for the casual rider, with a 10-15 mile ride beginning from the Inn at Spanish Bay tennis pavilion. The group will ride out of Del Monte Forest along the rocky shoreline of Pacific Grove, past the lighthouse with a turnaround at Lover's Point. They will return along the Pacific Grove neighborhoods which are known for their Victorian houses. Passing the Great tide pool, the riders head back to Del Monte Forest, passing Spanish Bay and onto Scenic 17-Mile Drive. The group will make stops at Bird Rock, Seal Rock, Cypress Point and the iconic Lone Cypress. The terrain is generally flat with the exception for two hills. This tour is recommended for beginners to intermediate riders and will last approximately 2 hours.
The High Impact Tour
is designed for the serious rider, covering a distance of 30-40 miles. Exiting the tennis pavilion at Spanish Bay, you will follow the coastline into Pacific Grove toward the Recreation Trail. The group will ride through the cities of Monterey, Sand City and Seaside and on to the bike path along the freeway to the former Ford Ord. On the way back, the group will enter Del Monte Forest through the Highway One gate. The tour has fewer stops with more time on the bike. This ride could get windy along the Fort Ord stretch. There are several hills on this course. This tour is recommended for serious riders and those seeking a good workout.
HORSEBACK TRAIL RIDE
Enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Coast on our expertly-guided 75 minute trail ride. We follow a scenic trail that winds through the Del Monte Forest and over the gently rolling sand dunes before crossing the historic 17-Mile Drive to the beach.

A unique and memorable route, this ride is suitable for riders 12 years and older, making it the ideal activity for your next family vacation. This tour is not recommended for guests that are pregnant.
What to Wear:
Riders need to dress appropriately in long pants, closed toe shoes, and dress in layers. We recommend jeans, tennis shoes, sneakers, hiking boots or boots with low heels. No slip-on-shoes, Ugg boots or flip flops. If a rider is not wearing the appropriate footwear, they may not be able to participate in the ride. Helmets are mandatory and are provided.
