Preferred Booking Method – Call-In
To ensure the best availability and flexibility, we recommend booking by phone at 844-768-2684. Calling in will allow you to:
- Request pre/post-conference nights, which we recommend if you'd like to take advantage of activities such as golf, spa, pickleball, and outdoor adventures.
- Select from all available room types (kings or double queens)
- Receive assistance from the hotel team if your preferred option isn’t shown online
Pre/Post Night Extensions
The group rate will be offered up to three (3) days before and three (3) days after the event dates, if you'd like to extend your stay. These additional nights are based on hotel availability, so we highly encourage booking early if you plan to arrive early or stay after the event to take advantage of activities such as golf, spa, pickleball, and outdoor adventures.

Whether you’re flying directly into Colorado Springs or traveling from Denver, reaching the resort is convenient and scenic:
- Colorado Springs Airport (COS) - just 35 minutes from the resort. A quick and easy drive north through open skies and mountain views brings you right to the gates of Flying Horse.
- Denver International Airport (DEN) - approximately 75 minutes away. The route south to Colorado Springs showcases breathtaking views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak, offering a memorable start (and finish) to your Audit Summit experience.
