Pre/Post Extending and Cancellation Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer negotiated guest room rates for the three days before and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability. Please be aware that pre/post room night requests are not guaranteed, and we will confirm availability with you after checking with our housing coordinator.
To secure your reservation, please ensure all bookings are completed by Friday, December 19, 2025. Please note that any modifications or cancellations made within seven days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. In the event of a no-show, refunds will not be issued.
Attire
The dress code is crafted to harmonize professionalism with the island's relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance. For daytime sessions and event-sponsored activities, business casual attire is recommended. Our evening receptions will take place indoors, with the option to enjoy the outdoors if the weather allows. Smart casual or cocktail attire is ideal for these occasions, keeping in mind that temperatures may be cool in the evening, so layering is advised. Please remember to pack accordingly to ensure comfort throughout the event.
