CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

If you would like to cancel your existing registration for a full refund, a written cancellation request must be submitted to SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com by August 31, 2026. No refunds will be honored after this deadline. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that we are unable to transfer registration fees to a different event or to next year's SYNERGY conference.

If you registered for SYNERGY and are unable to attend, it is also an option to substitute your registration to another person from your company. To accommodate the transfer, the original registered attendee must submit a written request, including their substitute's first name, last name and email address to SYNERGYsupport@thomsonreuters.com.
